Refund policy

e want you to love your Namiya Swim pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags attached
• Swimwear hygiene liner must be in place and undamaged — items with the hygiene liner removed cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Namiya Swim is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
